Manage technology infrastructure, including creating a new asset list for existing PC and peripherals.Maintain Inventory for general supplies.Maintain nightly and weekly backups of company servers.Responsible for all help-desk issues.Maintain company Website and Facebook page.Setup and maintain emergency Auto-Call system for closures and/or weather cancellations.Managed project to install multi-site domain over WAN with Cisco ASA 5505's, including the utilization of DFSR to make company data redundant across the network for failover support. This project included the purchase of 4 new servers including licensing for Server 2012 std and required device CALs.Managed project to migrate company e-mail from an external host to internal Exchange 2013 server. Re-purposed an existing server for this project, including purchasing licensing and additional memory.Installed a Remote server to utilize Quickbooks to run locally on server but feel like being installed on each local machine.Repurposed an old P4 server to become a network attached storage device to utilize for back-ups with Backup Exec 2012. This backups the domain controller and the Quickbooks server.

Provided telephone support for customers. Maintained all computers, the network, the access control system, the website and the company database software. Researched and tested any new products for functionality with existing products, or retested products that have been redesigned.
