My role as Field CTO is to help you take your existing IT investments and leverage the PagerDuty Operations Cloud to create short term operational wins that lead to better business outcomes.My personal passion is to work to focus on raising the visibility, capability, and predictability of our IT teams - DevOps, SRE, DevSecOps, Operations, NOC, SOC, etc. to get them the recognition and rewards they deserve.I want to help teams refocus on AIOps and not get lost in the overblown promises of AI, but in focusing on the basics of reducing noise, creating context, and removing toil, to actually drive a fix to an incident. Because MTTR isn't mean time to root cause, it's mean time to Restore.I've worked with teams on delivering more value from their Observability / APM tooling to get to the "so what".I have a long history with DevOps and SRE, focused on reducing cost and increasing speed for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and how to extend those pipelines for better outcomes.My ITSM experience is built around maximizing your existing capabilities whether with ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC or others. I've done work in SW Asset, IT Asset, Event/Incident and Problem management in addition to AIOps, IT Operational Analytics (ITOA) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
