Led adoption / foster / orphan care non-profit organization. Provided overall leadership developing and implementing strategic plan, raised $1.3 million, increased operating balance from $300,000 to $425,000, recycled $1 million back into adoptive families in interest free adoption loan program and helped 328 orphans become permanent members of loving.

Contributed to the success of the church by overseeing Discipleship Ministry and Community Outreach as well as sharing the preaching and worship planning responsibilities with Senior Pastor. Led fundraising efforts that secured $695,000 in a capital campaign. Had a key role in growing church attendance 20% by creating and implementing strategic community.

Strategically expanded the Young Life program throughout the local area by developing and overseeing four volunteer teams tasked with introducing kids to Jesus Christ and helping them grow their faith at three high school campuses and one middle school. Expanded the program into the college level by creating the College Young Life at Gonzaga University..
