With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, I am a passionate and driven accounts management professional with a diploma in fintech and blockchain. My mission is to provide excellent service, compliance, and innovation to QNB Group, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in various roles and functions across the bank, from customer service to relationship management to accounts operations.As the Accounts Management Deputy Head, I supervise and coach staff personnel on service excellence, compliance guidelines, and new business ideas. I evaluate the performance of personnel, recommend training and development requirements, and ensure that staff provides regular support to the branches and other departments regarding the assigned processing functions. I also establish objectives and action plans among the staff members, ensuring the efficiency of work. I have developed skills in consumer relations, banking, and team leadership, which enable me to manage a team of six to control accounts operations across the bank’s various branches. I also advise the network in the private placement of capital shares, maintain a risk assessment framework for corporate clients, and coordinate with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones to ensure regulatory compliance. I am always eager to learn new technologies and trends in the fintech and blockchain field, and apply them to enhance the bank's products and services.
