Role:- Drives larger projects reliably by individually contributing, delegating and coordinating.- Solves problems with solutions that stands the test of time.- Working with business & management teams to increase user incentive.- Implements effective system wide guardrails for better quality.- Help in roadmap by breaking down a roadmap or requirements list into milestones and provide design and rough estimates.- Monitoring, supporting & develop the team members.- Re-designing and re-writing legacy code to scalable, high-performant.- Revamping the restaurant app using React Native and Firebase. The benefits of this revamp are: reduced maintenance time, increased stability, web support and full responsiveness.- Enforcing quality in frontend daily activities starting from design documents, development architecture and PRs.- Building PR guidelines.- Building development plans for team members according to their skills and areas of improvement.

Role- Works with the whole team to design better and reusable software and solutions.- Operate and maintain the software built by the team.- Enhance our main app performance (caching assets, enhance loading time).- Working with the team on the new project which is Fleet system.- Working on SEO by applying new trend.- Providing live support for production issues.- Adding new features to our projects.- Engaging in design meetings and workshops and providing multiple solutions with tradeoffs.- Working on large epics end-to-end from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
