• Participate in the preparation of daily shipping plans for branches and stores coordinate transfers and returns between plant and branches.
• Ensure effective capacity Utilization of all the loading vehicles, trucks, and containers and that the loading is in accordance to the specified loading capacities.
• Ensure along with the plant shipping teams that the goods are loaded safely and securely in the trucks and containers as per issued guidelines to ensure no damages to the goods loaded.
• Record and execute timely all the branch special requests, orders for PC, Projects and Exports as per agreed schedule and customer expectations. Report Missing items to the superior and make necessary coordination to.
• Regular reviews of the balances of the branches to ensure the minimum levels of inventory in branches.
• Following up the production plan to coordinate the transfer operations of the products required to branch.
