*Responsible for PM's ( plastics,Metal & Bages): - Follow up PM stockes on weekly basis - Calculate the average monthly consumption rates for PM, to specify the min. stock for each item - Minimize the customer complaints. - Compare between the production plan & what actually produced in weekly basis. *Responsible for RM's (Emultion, Alkyeds & thickeners) :- Studying and Analyzing Material consumption trends and inventory levels.- Placing orders and checking shipment (Import Items); Tracking of shipments and dispatches at suppliers end/ETD/position of vessel/ETA, documents etc.- Coordinate and follow-up with Finance on Banking interfacing areas, documents and invoices, payments, swifts etc.

• Participate in the preparation of daily shipping plans for branches and stores coordinate transfers and returns between plant and branches.• Ensure effective capacity Utilization of all the loading vehicles, trucks, and containers and that the loading is in accordance to the specified loading capacities.• Ensure along with the plant shipping teams that the goods are loaded safely and securely in the trucks and containers as per issued guidelines to ensure no damages to the goods loaded.• Record and execute timely all the branch special requests, orders for PC, Projects and Exports as per agreed schedule and customer expectations. Report Missing items to the superior and make necessary coordination to receive the same ASAP.• Regular reviews of the balances of the branches to ensure the minimum levels of inventory in branches.• Following up the production plan to coordinate the transfer operations of the products required to branch.• Prepare the samples deliveries required for the marketing department and the samples for the project teams etc.• Record and keeping all bills the operations of shipping and transportation (internal and external).• Coordination and implementation of export products abroad according to the export department plan, registering bills and prepare related reports.• Do other tasks related to Work requirements and upon request of the direct manager after t

Clear goods through Customs and arrange delivery to their destinations- Coordinate and follow-up with Finance on Banking interfacing areas, documents and invoices, payments, swifts etc.
