- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, modifications, and progressions to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities.
- Motivate and inspire members to push past their limits and achieve optimal results.
- Organize community events, challenges, and workshops to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among members.
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (NASM)
