Manage all day-to-day operations for guardrail and fence installation Company while playing a key role in corporate and strategic planning. Responsibilities include internal and field staff management, procurement and project management. Currently manage between 150-200 commercial projects annually with a focus on heavy and highway construction. Currently oversee four project manager/estimators each of who manage 40-50 projects. Primary contact for all vendors including approval of purchases and sales orders.
