As part of the Bike Walk Tompkins (BWT) team, I conducted the selection process and oversight of Ithaca's first city-wide bikeshare system, and used findings from ridership and survey data, pilot programs, stakeholder engagement, and community feedback to develop BWT's Bicycling for Everyone action plan.Pilot programs that were developed, funded, and launched under my tenure include an equity-focused bicycling ambassador program and bike skills lessons for adults. I also supported the organizing of open streets festivals, local transportation planning initiatives, and other initiatives that educated and encouraged people to use active and shared transportation.

Supported the design, launch, and administration of SmartTrips Ithaca, a NYSERDA-funded behavior change program to encourage the use of sustainable transportation options by participants. Lead the process to measure program impact and produce the final report.Created an ArcGIS Online solution to provide interactive and paper maps combining transit, employment, and healthcare data to a collaborative mobility management project spanning 13 counties in NY's Southern Tier.

Supported Professor Mildred Warner with various projects, from designing illustrations, to generating maps of an Ecuadorian village, and writing a chapter for a book manuscript on municipal fiscal stress in NY.
