With over nine years of work experience in the fintech and banking sectors, my last role was Senior Associate at Krealo, the open innovation arm of Credicorp, where I lead the investment team and manage the portfolio of startups. I also contributed to the strategic planning and partnership development of Krealo, leveraging my skills in business strategy, teamwork, and strategic planning. I am passionate about driving innovation and impact in the startups ecosystem. I am currently pursuing an MBA at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where I am expanding my knowledge and network in the global entrepreneurship ecosystem. As a Senior Associate at Krealo, I brought diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have lived and worked in Peru, Spain, and the US, and I am fluent in Spanish, and English.
