My name is Héctor Firpo and I have been working in the Human Resources area for more than 30 years and more than 20 in leadership positions, my career development was as a generalist and I have an excellent management of interpersonal relationships and I feel comfortable training and integrating teams with other disciplines. Throughout my career I was interested in knowing the whole of the organization where I worked and perfecting myself in areas of knowledge complementary to those of my specialty. I have postgraduate degrees, an Master of Sience in Project Management, an MBA in Strategic Management in HR, and other MBAs in Business Administration, which widened my spectrum of knowledge. I have worked in large and medium-sized, national and multinational companies with large staff. I am an innovator and promoter of solutions to organizational problems and I have excelled in start-up processes, cultural change and start-up of two managers in the area. 2020 has been the year of placing the Wellbeing and Integration of employees as axes of management. Their alignment with the Company's objectives leads to the success of the organization.
