I possess a comprehensive background in Mission Command, Training Planning and Development, Systems Integration, Joint-Multi Agencies Command Integrations, Joint Operations Center Design, Army Force Management, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Leadership derived from conducting military operations worldwide. During my time in the military, I developed extensive knowledge of Human Resources Plans, Policies, and Procedures, Management Coaching, Performance Management and Evaluation, Training Plans, Talent Identification, Diversity Initiatives, Employee Recognition, Benefits Administration, and Compensation. After I transitioned from the military, I dedicated myself to assisting veterans in taking the next step after the military. First as part of the USO transition services and later as Transition Assistance Services Facilitator. During that time, I provided service members and their families with resume writing, job search coaching, interview preparation, and connecting them to employment opportunities. By helping the service member, I built relationships with local and national employers for veteran employment purposes.Now, I help military-affiliated students understand university and degree requirements, interpret a degree evaluation, and develop a responsible approach to academic planning. I also assist with coordinating and delivering workshops and classroom presentations for our military-affiliated students. I also help them find employment opportunities, resume writing, and interview preparation.
