Led process and technology transformation assessments of FP&A and I&D optimization initiatives. Engaged executives and led discussions geared toward the creation of strategic technology roadmaps. Executed the designing and implementation of I&D and FP&A projects with a focus on financial planning solutions.• Led the delivery of a large-scale planning solution (BPC 11 on BW/4HANA) for a major insurance company with revenues of $55B+. The solution supports planning and reporting in accordance to IFRS 4, IFRS 17, and Statutory of the following processes: o Profitability Planning o Investment Planning o Tax and Treasury Planning• Led the delivery of a global cloud-based planning solution (SAP Analytics Cloud) for a major Liquid Natural Gas company. Executed Corporate IT Optimization Initiatives and Operational Restructuring Plans. Utilized technical expertise to provide guidance into business solutions. Led development and delivery of IT initiatives to deliver efficiencies, increase visibility, and drive process improvements.• Directed a team through the functional design of system changes for the adoption of ASC 606, providing a full modification to the amortization and financial consolidation process, allowing for unique methods of revenue recognition that yielded a net five year savings of $10M. • Architected and implemented a custom Profit and Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow (CF) planning solution for the TV Networks’ regional operations in Asia to support the divisional preparation for a $75M regional operating plan. The implemented solution delivered a net five year savings of $2.5M. • Led the global design, implementation, and post production support of the studio’s Title Amortization, Financial Consolidations, and Integrated Planning solutions. The solutions are used by 200 employees across 30 countries and delivered a 20% operational improvement.

• Provided a global assessment and analysis of outsourcing Budgeting and Forecasting activities across 17 divisions and more than 30 countries to a Shared Service operating model. The results were part of a multi-track assessment used to greenlight Sony’s global Shared Service initiative. • Led the process reengineering of Home Entertainment’s operating unit in Spain and subsequent shift to the Shared Service Center in Poland, generating a net five year savings of $7M. • Delivered the global design, implementation, and post production support of the studios Title Planning, Cost Center Planning, and Project Planning solutions to more than 200 users in over 45 countries, creating a 35% operational efficiency by automating data collection and reporting processes.

Performed technical development and financial analysis functions for the Warner Home Video Division. Developed, maintained, and published technical standards and system architecture documentation. Prepared and published technical documents including system requirement definitions, technical evaluation reports, and system engineering plans. Led on-site implementations in international locations in coordination with local teams in Europe and Asia.• Managed the design, development, and implementation of the WHV By-Title Budgeting System – a system used to budget and forecast international multi-format sales. The implementation delivered a 40% process improvement. • Developed master and transactional data transfer and update rules to facilitate data updates and increase integrity and consistency. • Hosted yearly Essbase user conferences attended by 50 international affiliates.
