I'm a new member of the SRAM Field Guide team in the Southern California and Hawaii market. I'm here as a SRAM navigator for retailers and to provide them with any SRAM resources they may need.  I am the former Head of Service and Support at Fly Rides, LLC. I was responsible for the services teams and made sure they built safe bicycles and assisted customers locally. I also supported non-local customers across the United States by remotely resolving their technical issues. I exceled in providing technical information while showing empathy towards customers. I participated in marketing efforts by filming tech tips that were uploaded to YouTube and wrote blogs for the ever-growning web knowledge base. I am the former inbound marketing manager for Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd. where I promoted educational and informational web content, including blogs, through social media avenues like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. I engaged with customers on a daily basis through social media and traditional marketing avenues to get them connected with the product or service they need. I am a former senior sales manager for the life science software group of Hitachi Solutions, specializing in laboratory software sales and web marketing to expedite sales processes.
