Obtained invoices from vendors, entered them in system and got them approved.

Maintained BOH billing for different groups coming into hotel. Most groups would have special billing. Also made sure to follow up with payment with 10 days of leaving the hotel.

Engaged with guest while making sure our system rolled over night. When system was down, making sure manual numbers were correct. Also checking in the remaining guest for the night, and checking out guests leaving early in morning.

Treat guests like they were walking into their own home. Checking in/out guests for room reservations. Answer telephone calls. Making/canceling, extending/shortening reservations.

Having the knowledge of the products we sold, while stocking shelves, cashiering, and ordering product to keep shelves stocked.

Went to stores that the books were off, and helped fixed them.
