• Assembled hydraulic braking system for a Formula Student car, facilitating rapid deceleration of a 160 kg vehicle from 98 km/hr to a full stop in only 13 meters.
• Designed and executed the fabrication of the Formula Student car's bodywork using glass fiber prepreg materials, resulting in a substantial weight reduction of 7 kilograms compared to the preceding model.
• Contributed collaboratively to the manufacturing of aerodynamic components using carbon fiber and foam core, resulting in a remarkable 23% reduction in drag coefficient, enhancing overall performance.
• Designed and fabricated of voltage boxes utilizing glass fiber and core materials to replace the aluminum components from the previous model, resulting in an impressive 20% reduction in weight.
• Designed and manufactured the seat of the car from glass fibre using MDF mold making it ergonomically efficient.
• Produced multiple 2C2 configuration glass fiber panels, each measuring 1mX1m, using the wet layup method.
