 Founding member of project team pioneering pre-merger Compaq’s entry into the Direct selling and eCommerce arenas: starting with only a basic concept, the team implemented a full in-house, end-to-end eCommerce solution for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), localized for the individual countries across the EMEA region.  Created a lifecycle management analysis process and corresponding Visual Basic tool, to enable countries to create and price modular configurations for public web stores. This early prototype was the basis for future configurators implemented by the company.
