* Responsibilities include ordering title, appraisals, flood certs, verifications, credit supplements, payoffs, rapid reporting, 4506T transcripts, LDP & GSA, FHA/VA case numbers, running LP and/or DU for automatic underwriting and review conditions. * Review borrowers documents such as pay stubs, bank statements and purchase contracts. * Update and coordinate with the borrowers on the status of their loan, gather required documents for the conditions of their loan, set up closing appointments and send out HVCC documents. * Train new processors on Avista Mortgagewear. * Process all corporate employee loans.
