Added SLA monitoring and reporting to managed firewall service. Standardized development model for requirements analysis, functional specification, and reporting for these relatively mature products. Developed trial QoS network for multimedia applications using Cisco routers. Service included network monitoring software that measured and reported on network bandwidth and delays for customers such as Intel and Consolidated Edison.
