Provide mentoring, leadership, vision and direction to vertical teams ensuring proper execution in maintaining, creating and identifying markets for the sale of InterCalls products and services. Restructured and recruited new sales team members, achieved annual set revenue target with sales team of 7. Member of senior management supporting strategic drive for business.

Project planning and management to ensure smooth and seamless implementation of InterCall Conferencing services. Management of three Global projects concurrently, BP, Citigroup and Roche. Created live education and products awareness programs to promote sales of conferencing services.
