I am the technical lead for the Robotics Process Automation team within Duke Energy. We maintain the platform that many people within the organization use to automate their tedious and mundane everyday duties. We also take on more complex automation builds ourselves, as well as providing scripting and coding solutions. My main focuses are teaching team members about the platform, helping build out troubleshooting and development skills, and helping architect automation solutions both within my team and for other groups within the organization to ensure optimal, accurate automations.

Creating solutions architecture on which products and services are built, as well as helping drive the shift to lean agile and CICD. Deliverables include diagrams included in the 4+1 model, high level diagrams showing the interaction of different tools and processes, as well as raising discussions around feasibility of processes and integration with other existing systems.

Development and support of applications used to govern web services within the bank. This includes maintenance work on code, as well as development of new features. Responsibilities also included setting up and maintaining a support rhythm, documenting processes that were previously hard to track, and leading internal projects
