I became a finance trainee in 2009 and have been exploring the finance sector ever since. After years of learning, working and growing, I am delighted to have been promoted to an Associate Director of Finance within this organisation. During my time as an intern, I have learned how to handle complex financial information and respond to market changes. I learnt how to prepare financial reports and budget plans, while gaining an overview of different areas, industries and investment sectors and market trends. As my career progressed, I gradually took on more responsibilities and tasks and gained experience in the finance department. I have acquired the skills and ability to solve complex problems and continuously refine and improve work processes and systems, effectively increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the finance department. In my role, I have also taken on a management and leadership role. I help my team grow and develop by building a cohesive and collaborative environment, encouraging staff to achieve optimum performance in their work, and providing the necessary training and guidance to ensure that our team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed professionally. Today, I am delighted to be an Associate Director of Finance for this organisation. In this new role, I will continue to work with my team to provide the best possible financial support while actively driving the financial goals of this company. I am very grateful for the learning and opportunities I have had over the years and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead
