Current- Maintaining customer relations
- Written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
- Account management for key accounts including knowledge of customer portals and supplier scoresOEM Accounts: Ford, GPIRS, Nissan, Timken, GM, Chrysler E-commerce Accounts: Amazon, Summit Racing
- Liaison between production planning and customer service for all back ordered parts
- Customer Phone/E-mail support -Product, technical, sales and troubleshooting support, stock checks, UPS quotes, tracking orders and rebate inquiries
- Technical support - knowledge of past, present, and future products for customer inquiries and ability to troubleshoot problems and warranty claims over the phone or via e-mail
