Beginning somewhere and changing often, promotes amazing opportunities. Growth has lead me to opening the door to higher education and enjoying what I love most, our environment. As a result-oriented Project Management Professional who has had the opportunity of organizing and assisting several multi-faceted high profile events. My work as an Event Coordinator effectively expanded my world not only with City and Town legislation, but also working collaboratively with Conservation Agents and the sustainability community in some of the first Green Races in New England.I have served as a liaison between diverse communities and University partnerships while collectively coordinating with the UW Hospital Island openings, UW Pride Parade in Seattle, and Northwest Hospital of Seattle Totem Pole Coastal Tribe Memorial. Working with several academic disciplines collaboratively in directing and supervising over 20 students and staff members.I have actively contributed to the field of sustainability beyond the classroom by managing green road races, teaching events at Woodinville Elementary, and assisted in a variety of benefits for the community without missing a detail. I wholeheartedly will be looking to further my education with a PhD in Environmental Health, so that I can inspire others to act, engage and collaborate in a meaningful dialogue about the field of sustainability, policy, education and research as a national leader through our future endeavors.
