Responsible for all aspects of Operations Management and Business Support - which include facilitating elements of business unit or function management review processes and systems; operational support for overall financial performance; revenue/profit performance analysis; account growth and erosion analysis; cost and expense budget management/analysis; working with the business to analyze and optimize operations for peak performance; and analysis of key initiatives and gaps. Additional responsibilities include development and management of business processes including quality assurance, business controls and procedures; client satisfaction deployment and ratings; plan administration; and outreach to geographies and global counterparts to advance and improve standard processes and deliverables. Supporting the business units through operational insights, leading teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining overall business compliance and consistency. Lead Audit participation and support the business unit to achieve an overall satisfactory rating. • Project revenue and cost control tracking, reconciliation and analysis• Onboarding and training new hires into the business unit• Manage and deliver mandatory business controls review and procedures • Deep Analysis of financial reports (AIW, FIW, CGP)• Sales contract management and review• Investments and cost recovery creation and tracking.• Ensure all POC milestones are up to date• Updating and maintenance of various systems, ie. Bi-Tools, Clarizen• Present monthly and quarterly KPI’s with Geo Executives and BU leaders• Client satisfaction, process performance and satisfactory audits • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key business owners and stakeholders through proactive engagement and meeting as and when needed.• Assist Deal makers with monthly sales targets and guidance on process and system updates• Motivate collaboration and team morale.
