I am also a mother to four amazing kids and two fur babies, a devoted wife, author, and entrepreneur building and balancing my brand and our new digital platform, TRANSFORM.While I love physical fitness + nutrition, there is nothing I love more (besides my family) than empowering others to live their best life possible.
