My work consists leading the Smart Healing concepts, whole supply chain and market development (as an interim) inc. design development & implementing systematically S&OP and S&OE processes. Also daily Business with Customer Service, Subsidiaries and customer needs are part of it. I work actively with Innovative Commercial topics. A strong commitment to quality, and participation in e.g. external NB audits are also part of my responsibilties. Budgeting, investment planning & responsibilities in management, with operational facilities related negotiations, are a part of the routines.I am excited to develop all kinds of processes using Lean & Agile philosophies with my teams.I work with Bonalive Management & BoD Teams and I am a Member of The Finnish Production Planning and Control Society (STO ry) since 2018.ITA: Ho lavorara presso Bonalive dal 2009, dopo avere rivestito vari ruoli nei settori R&S, produzione, Controllo qualità e Gestione progetti. I work actively with our Sales, Customer Service, QA and product development departments.My work consists e.g.Supervising of supply chain tasks, inc. production, purchase and logistics, also planning and organizing production schedules with systematic S&OP ja S&OE.Budgeting & reporting to management, and handling quality events in the Order delivery process are part of my responsibilities. I also assessing the production development projects and resources requirementsand I led a Bonalive business environment project.I am excited to develop production processes with my team, including upscales and design trasfers from R&D. Responsibility list consists also operational facilities, facility cleaning activities, laboratory- / clean room clothing, and building monitoring system coordination tasks (BMS). I am also part of Management team.
