My work consists leading the Smart Healing concepts, whole supply chain and market development (as an interim) inc. design development & implementing systematically S&OP and S&OE processes. Also daily Business with Customer Service, Subsidiaries and customer needs are part of it. I work actively with Innovative Commercial topics. A strong commitment to quality, and participation in e.g. external NB audits are also part of my responsibilties.
