I furthered skills within this area in a previous employment which has led me to feel confident in technically advising on processes such as silk screen printing, cyanotypes and sublimation printing onto textiles. In this role, I ensure materials and equipment are kept up to date and are readily available for the students and workshops. I have a responsibility to ensure the Health & Safety standards are met and clearly instructed due to the nature of the processes and the printmaking room offering heavy machineries to be accessible to students once inducted on them. Being a Student Ambassador has also meant that I have the great interpersonal experience in speaking to audiences of varied ages, both in small and large groups about the University and student life itself.
