My Day to day Duties at Ryder are as follows: - Adding vehicles to the Ryder system- Processing high volumes of Invoice and Credit notes - Inputting high volumes of Parking and administration fees - Month end – this involves running reports and reconciling a number of different tasks which have been done throughout the month by the department such as invoices, insurance and credits.- Terminating billing – this is when a vehicle is no longer being leased by the customer and needs to be removed from billing.- Lease vehicles Insurance chasing – At the end of every month I will send an email to all customers whose renewals are due within that particular month advising that we need a copy of the customers insurance certificate then throughout the month I will chase any which have not been received. Once the information is received this is then updated on our system and filed in the customers contract file.- Rental Insurance chasing – I will contact customers on a day to day basis by email and telephone chasing insurance policies that are due to expire or have already expired once the policies have been received it is my responsibility to check the insurance policy is from an authorised insurer and is the correct level of cover needed to rent vehicles from Ryder. I will then update the insurance policy on the Ryder system. - Maintaining the Billing team’s inbox – Internal and external queries are sent via the Billing inbox these could be queries such as providing copies of contracts or invoices or general billing customer service queries.- Recording fuel dispensed for depots all over the UK – When fuel is dispensed at our national depots they must record this information then forward the information onto the billing department this must then be entered onto the system and reconciled at the end of the month to ensure the depots have no variances if a variance is discovered I must liaise with the depot and investigate until a conclusion has been made.

I had a number of roles within Noble emission systems my days to day duties are as follows:- taking customers orders over the telephone and by email - dealing with customers delivery queries- General accounts and sales filing- Inputting purchase ledger invoices- processing credits to customers- Sales analysis- Dealing with eBay orders and customer service messages- handling the general switchboard and getting meeting rooms ready for meetings- maintaining stationary supplies- running payroll and sales reports- opening new customer accounts and generating new customer relationships- dealing with cash customers over the counter
