Compliance and Applications: track incomplete/ in progress audited renewals to ensure contact with licensees. Process applications, forms and corresponds with applicant and individuals though out the process. Firm waiver request, Application for Firm licensure, Application for Reinstatement of Expired Firms, Change of Supervising Professional, Application to Reinstate Expired Individual License and Certifications, Verification request for licensee completed and sent to other jurisdictions. Process renewals to ensure compliance with Board Laws and Rules for firms and individuals that serve as supervising professionals for a firm. Process and review all Continuing Professional Development audits (200 per renewal cycle), correspond deficiencies in audit for full compliance as well as correspond compliance of the audit requirements. Database management: reconcile data for each renewal cycle, those trying to change their license status, supervising professionals for firms, firms with no supervising professional and firms that expire. Rules and Regulations - Understand and keep abreast of changes to the pertinent sections of Louisiana Revised Statues 337:681-701 and the Rules of the Board. Interpret board policy, rules and laws to applicants and licensees concerning firm licensure, renewal and reinstatement; application status for individuals reinstating an expired license, and continuing professional development requirements. Administrative Task and Special projects - enter checks relative to applications and renewals processed; balance daily check log; correspond with applicants and licensees as necessary, scanning and filing as required in the records retention schedule; assist with special projects - for example - website revisions, numerous application and form revisions, historical time lines of evolution of various laws and rules pertaining to firms, individuals, etc; correct database information, etc.
