Working as a Customer Service Representative/ Estimator I perform multiple roles throughout the business day. I greet all customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Answer all phone calls consistently and ensure all phone messages are immediately communicated to the correct recipient. Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments and capture rates of assignments and DRP logbooks. Daily filing of customers records and parts invoices in alphabetical order. Collect and deposit payments from both the customer and the insurance companies via credit card, debit card, business checks, personal checks, cash for each R.O. Match adjusted insurance estimates and supplements from CCCone, Repair order, and Autotext to our CCCone estimating system. I will then estimate all drive-in appointments, walk-ins, and complete the review process with each customer if the head estimator is out of the office or unavailable. I write each estimate, supplement, and final bill in CCCone. I will also call dealerships to price match parts and order OEM, Used, and Aftermarket parts via phone, Collision Link, CCCone, or Partsbridge. When parts arrive I will also check in parts, distribute them to the correct body technician, then record the parts invoices in the correct RO. Every Tuesday and Thursday I will contact each customer and give them a current update on the process of the repairs on their vehicle and give them an estimated completion date of repairs.
