- Supervised and managed a team of up to 10 people at the Jeremy Laing studio including: hiring, workload delegation, communicating expectations, disciplinary actions and crisis management. - Responsible for creating timelines, contact reports, scheduling and travel coordination/planning for the team (vehicle rental, hotel bookings, transportation bookings). - Professional communication with clients and suppliers via email, phone, social media and meetings. All communications had to be in line with the brand’s identity and goals. V.I.P. client relations including sales appointments and fittings. - Efficient planning and production management of the Jeremy Laing clothing line (8 seasons) including a womenswear, menswear and shoe line. Created and managed the production schedule which included working closely with many departments: design, patterns/grading, suppliers, manufacturers, shipping and vendors to ensure production was on time and on budget. Negotiated with suppliers to get the best prices and deadlines. - Line co-ordinator: Worked closely with the designer to make fabric and design decisions, gather research materials, research manufacturers and manufacturing processes. - Runway Show Coordinator: Coordinated back of house team during New York Fashion Week including interns, models & back of house staff. Assisted in model selection, model bookings, fittings and styling of Jeremy Laing runway shows. Assisted in scheduling photographers, make-up artists and models for brand photo shoots. - Showroom setup for sales appointments in New York including compiling sales materials, confirming appointments with suppliers and promotional materials (hangtags, look books, sales and order input).
