As part of the team of Transit Instructional Designers and Transit Instructors, I develop and create training content to deliver to new transit students, supervisors in training, as well as other Bus Operations departments. Consisting of the following, but not limited to:• Collaborations with subject matter experts to deliver the most effective learning curriculum for optimized learning.• Research, collaborate, and develop different learning experiences through instruction manuals, instructional videos, supplemental guides, Virtual Reality, activities, copy editing for audio and video content.• Provide metrics on the effectiveness of training content to make sure it meets the quality and the agreed-to criteria with all relevant parties involved.• Manage and communicate timelines to stakeholders, request feedback on all deliverables.• Proactively look for improvements that can be made to new and old curriculum through research and evaluation.• Apply tested Instructional Design theories, practices and methods, particularly adult learners and English as a Second Language (ESL.)• Edit documentation for accuracy, clarity and consistency referring to accepted editing standards.• Develop online learning content using an online learning system.• Adjusting materials based on cultural needs, regional constraints and localization or translation considerations.• Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.• Apply equity and social justice.

Also featured in two movies, “Half Nelson”, starring Ryan Gosling and “Normal Adolescent Behavior”, which has my Coo-Coo Birds © featured.* Artwork for the band Spiritualized. I designed buttons for their “Amazing Grace” Tour. * My Animal Fiction© line was a part of Seattle’s legendary annual Bumbershoot Music Festival and has also sold as buttons at Hot Topic stores nationwide.* Artwork for Gregory Page's "Sleeping Dogs" and "Knife In My Chest" CD's. * Designed logo and website for CMX Medical Imaging.* Designed logo for Rhino Resources LTD.* Designed store logo for Silver Platters LLC.
