Second in command for the Office of Admissions, mentoring office leaders, reviewing, and updating office policies and procedures. Led and managed a team of 20 staff. Manage internal human resources, including aligning staffing needs to meet university objectives, develop action plans for employee engagement surveys, create onboarding mechanisms for new staff.Partner with talent unit within the Office of Human Resources to create and level job descriptions to attract a wide range of staff. Collaborated with technology staff to develop and implement new application processing mechanisms to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Created and delivered training tools and manuals based on consultation and evaluation of processes to assist staff members through the changed processes
