Identify opportunities, document, train, and implement process improvements while optimizing tools to drive higher resource utilization and EVM system performance.Project assignment - Advanced Photon Source (APS), a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science User Facility, at Argonne National Laboratory. APS will undergo a massive $815M upgrade that will replace the current electron storage ring with a new, more powerful model. Project assignment - Large Hadron Collider Atlas Phase II Upgrade Program for CERN Particle Accelerator. LHC is located at the European Organization for Nuclear Research facility in Switzerland. Brookhaven National Laboratory on Long Island, New York serves as the United States' host laboratory for ATLAS collaborators across the nation. This project is in collaboration with Department of Energy Office of Science, National Science Foundations, Universities, and CERN.

Project consultancy • Delivering subject matter expertise, guidance, oversight and training to support project management best practices and process optimization. With a target focus of facilitating project teams through project planning and execution and setup of operational controls and monitoring. Ensuring process compliance through lifecycle tollgates, reduced cycle time from planning to execution phase to 45 days or less, and providing specialized training programs for project teams.Continuous improvement and product development integration• Team leader in advancing Project Management maturity across the entire Aviation Systems Engineering and Technology organization including initiatives related to people, processes, tools, training, consulting and project-specific requests. • Strategic process leader to drive organization to become continual learning engines with focus on training and process optimization.Lean Six Sigma initiatives• Leads Lean projects as part of the global continuous improvement and simplification efforts. Earned Value Management System Certification• Led core team in EVMS certification initiative to gain government certification of earned value management system and processes. • Authored and sustained System Description Document and EVMS Policy.• Directed efforts for building the automated EV Library website and co- authored the EVMS Systems Design Document, process manuals, handbooks, work instructions and training materials for EV project management. Program Sustainment and Support for EVMS projects• Chief interface with government for EVMS Compliance Reviews, audits, and analysis.• Conducted EVMS internal and government surveillance, and EVM training. • Created automotive EV Library website for on-line access to training and materials.

Provided project leadership for process and system development initiatives while working with subject matter experts in collecting requirements, formulating, documenting, and implementing solutions based on a corporate governing project management methodology and guidelines.

Managed multiple ERP system implementations ranging from $200,000 to $1.8 million projects. Provided project leadership to translate financial analysis and financial support services business requirements into data delivery designs, application implementations, ROI analyses, business process re-engineering, software selections and report writing. • Re-engineered a multi-million dollar automotive manufacturer’s financial planning and reporting process. Implemented data and relationship structures that provide information at multiple levels of detail, across multiple dimensions (such as time, customers, and products) and multiple metrics (such as revenue, costs, and margins). • Collaborated with operations management for a large logistics company to translate business information requirements for logistics analysis and operational reporting. Built design structures that mined data from Oracle databases and provided daily operations and financial reporting for new business initiative.

Developed a profit planning and budgeting process and led Senior Management through software selection. This application would provide financial data to support strategic profit planning efforts, financial analysis, and reporting needs.• Led implementation of Hyperion Pillar ‘s planning and budgeting and forecasting application this included defining requirements, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and training of newly hired personnel.
