CurrentMRC is a specialized EVMS firm that provides government, civil, and commercial clients with quality, customized project management consulting. Providing practical solutions and industry expertise to solve difficult EVMS challenges and assist project teams in the planning, execution, monitoring and control for large million and billion dollar projects. Current assignment: Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Project Infrastructure Modernization Division (PIMD). Project Controls Leader for the Under $20M and Environmental Management portfolios. Responsibilities included building a project controls team. Developing work processes, procedures, templates, and reports that are tailorable to LBNL Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidance. Applying these processes consistently to provide a quality work product and data integrity to deliver planned predictable results. Training Project Controls Analysts and Project Managers to attain Earned Value and DOE 413B shared knowledge base. Project assignment - Argonne National Laboratory, Project Management Office. Identify opportunities, document, train, and implement process improvements while optimizing tools to drive higher resource utilization and EVM system performance.Project assignment - Advanced Photon Source (APS), a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science User Facility, at Argonne National Laboratory. APS will undergo a massive $815M upgrade that will replace the current electron storage ring with a new, more powerful model. Project assignment - Large Hadron Collider Atlas Phase II Upgrade Program for CERN Particle Accelerator. LHC is located at the European Organization for Nuclear Research facility in Switzerland. Brookhaven National Laboratory on Long Island, New York serves as the United States' host laboratory for ATLAS collaborators across the nation. This project is in collaboration with Department of Energy Office of Science, National Science Foundations, Universities, and CERN.
