As a Lead Engineer in the Hardware Project Management group, I have performed as a Project Manager and as an Operational Manager. Project Management assignments included all aspects of managing projects, including leading projects through design, build, qualification testing, and into production, creating and maintaining project schedules to track project scope, schedule, and cost, change control, and risk & opportunity management. I am the directorate focal for project start up processes, including creating/maintaining bid and proposal templates, schedule and WBS templates, ABM templates, project metrics, and actuals collection to feed back into the Bid and Proposal process. Operational Management assignments included establishing and maintaining a rigorous supply-demand process and rhythm and metric collection and analysis.

As a Project Administrator, I utilized an integrated schedule and cost system to track budget, actuals, and performance values and forecast to determine critical paths, overall project completeness and causes of variances.
