For my buyers I create the same tours of potential properties so that you can view them from the comfort of your own home, and limit the amount of houses you go to see in person to the select few that truly intrigue you. I am able to create a truly unique real estate experience because most of the skills I developed while managing hotels transfer seamlessly into real estate. Negotiating multi-million dollar contracts was a fairly common experience in the hotel industry, so negotiating on behalf of my clients is now second nature to me. In the hotel industry, anticipating issues and creating an environment to sidestep them from ever arising is critical, and real estate is no different.
