Y-Rec is a free afterschool and summer program for youth ages 8-12 years. My job duties include: developing informational materials about Y-Rec program, coordinating program enrollment, develop activity curriculum, facilitating daily activities, implementing behavioral expectations, mentoring youth, helping with homework and performing conflict resolution.
