With over 25 years of experience in Account Management, Implementations, Customer Success, and Customer Experience I tend to be known for my authenticity, humility and level of care that I bring into everything I do in both my professional and personal life. Before assuming my current position, I served as VP of Customer Experience at MasterStream, the industry leader in complex quoting automation between telecom advisors and service providers doing business within the telecom ecosystem. During my almost 14 years at MasterStream, I held many roles that were focused around providing amazing customer experience on the platform while building strong partnerships with the human side of our customers outside of the platform.While at Connectbase, I will now be focused on taking my learnings and replicating my approach to customers within a large ecosystem of buyers and sellers. My goal is to help educate and spread tried and true principles that help build true customer experience and partnership. In doing so, I will help both Connectbase and our Customers grow and flourish.When I am not working, you will find me focused on being a wife (24 years this year), a proud mom who loves to cook, plan and host gatherings while enjoying quality time with my family and friends.
