I handle and solve any customer complaints or issues dealing with our store's walmart.com. We work with the other department managers in finding product and assisting them in our down time.

I was a student manager of both Bob's Place and The Commons, the two eateries at Bluffton University. Feeding up to 600 people, I was responsible for 17 staff members in the preparation, delivery and closing of both restaurants. I ensured all health and safety practices were being followed. I also assisted the supervisors in scheduling, planning of meals, and presentations of themed meals. During this time I was also active in their catering department. I served at both formal and casual engagements which included weddings and picnics.

Bluffon University

I ran Bluffton University's Dining Department's facebook and twitter accounts. I created their Instagram and increased their followers and student involvement on all their accounts. I designed ads and bulletin boards to promote their themed meals and changes in dining. This involved working closely with the General Manager as last minute changes often took place.

Cleveland, Oh

As a team we went to community events around the city of Cleveland to promote Cleveland's Lake Erie Monsters AHL hockey team. We were able to interact with fans, reminiscing about the previous seasons while encouraging future ticket sales. We involved the children by playing games for team merchandise and face and hair painting.
