Timo founded the law office after completing his training in the Loimaa District Court in 1993. He has been the CEO of Heikkilä & Co Attorneys ever since.In the early days of his career, Timo handled numerous corporate collection and bankruptcy cases. He then branched into other fields of business law also. A successful entrepreneur in his own right, he has gained a great deal of practical experience in the business world and related legal issues. Today, Timo mainly focuses on mergers & acquisitions, change of generation matters and contract law.Timo has completed the Approved Board Member (HHJ) course arranged by the Chamber of Commerce, further bolstering his expertise in both participating in and developing Board work in companies.
