Worked in the Consumer Intelligence unit bridging the gaps between innovation, technology and consumers. The office specialised in warehousing and forwarding freight to Russia. My responsibilities were - leading and supervising customer-issued operations- collecting, analysing and reporting operations-related data- import expediting (stock management, making claims and export documents, contacts with carriers and customers) - functioning as the office’s PC support person.

Responsible for the distribution of mobile phones for the Finnish market. I ensured the smooth delivery of products from plants to the customer. I acted as a key interface for the biggest Finnish customers. My job involved demand planning, order management and using global reporting tools. Tools of choice were SAP R/3, MS Office environment plus several applications tailored for Nokia use (DMAN, Business Objects, Genius etc.).
