South America Material Planning & Logistics Executive Controller
Executive Controller with experience on Business Planning, FP&A, Cost Analysis, Business Operation Metrics through Dashboards and Internal Controls • Managing an MP&L Budget that covers Inbound/Outbound freight and Customs Operations, plus Inventory Budget for Finished Vehicles, Productive/Non Productive materials and Parts & Accessories.• Lead teams in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru on financial planning and operations controls for further review it with Local and Global Board. • Monitor operational performance, including variances analysis against forecast and budget. • Focused on projects to achieve efficiencies, optimization and cost reduction.• Cash improvement through Inventory analysis with achieved road map year over year.• Integration on Financial processes among the countries within the region, deploying several unique practices, processes and systems using Six Sigma methodology that reduced administrative headcount.• Leadership over customs process through tax benefits maximization (Drawback, Trade Agreement, Ex-Tariff), deploying efficiencies over logistic operations.• Responsible to support internal / external audits on all MP&L related.• Manage all MP&L financial inputs on forward models programs launching perspective.
