Emergency Support following agreed emergency support process. Key Responsibilities:• Operation & Maintenance of Airtel 2G/3G/4G Network under Managed Operation.• Leading a team consists of 27 Field Engineers and 71 Technicians.• Supervision of field activities e.g corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, planned activity (Change Request), provisional acceptance test etc.• Lead execution of work orders from different planning group and or customer request.• Planning and control of Quality of Deployment and integration of new nodes.• Maintain effective Technical Support to staffs for RAN & Transmission NW remotely• Field Operation Reporting etc.
