- CEO of public services concessionaires (water and sewage), providing services to 500 thousand inhabitants, US$ 30 MM in annual revenues and US$ 280 MM in investments in progress; led the unit startup, mobilizing over 130 people and the necessary infrastructure in only 45 days;- Developed new businesses in target markets by applying concession models and PPPs, highlighting US$ 150 million in investments for concession and US$ 1 billion projects pipeline created;- Responsible for the turnaround of a unit, which started with an operating deficit of more than US$ 700 thousand per month, achieving cash balance in 24 months;- Responsible for the commercial management, billing, collection, defaults, registration enrichment, public service. In two years of planning, billing increased from US$ 300 thousand to US$ 1,3 million per month; defaults dropped from 65% to 34%;- Responsible for the operation of the entire water supply system; collection and treatment of sewage; implementing operational improvement programs (including the new CCO - Operations Control Center), energy efficiency with matrix diversification; cost control; and productivity; - Designed and managed engineering projects and implemented civil works and equipment for new water and sewage systems, including the recovery of existing infrastructures. Increased the provision of services level from 40% to 90%;- Managed a long-term financing process to support the investment program with CAIXA through the “Saneamento Para Todos” program. - Responsible for structuring new projects, involving engineering, financial, legal, environmental, social aspects and innovation in the infrastructure segment throughout Brazil;- Celebrated new businesses contracts for the infrastructure segments, especially Sanitation Projects (PPP RM Recife-PE and PPP São Lourenço-SP), Urban Development (Parque Olímpico-RJ), Real Estate (Rio Mais-RJ), Health (Barreiro Hospital-MG), achieving over US$ 6 billion in new projects;- Developed other markets, such as subways, railways, airports, ports and energy in concession formats, PPP, BOTs, creating a project pipeline of over US$ 25 billion(in progress);- Member of the Board of Directors of Rio Mais S.A. Concessionaire and Novo Metropolitano S.A.;- Managed stakeholders while structuring projects and businesses with clients, entrepreneurial partners, sponsors and investors.

- Taught students the subject of Steel and Wood Structures of the Bachelor’s Program in Civil Engineering (4th and 5th years);- Participated in working groups to update the university programs and studies and evaluated norms and the Thesis Defense Committee.

- Managed and developed projects, designs, value engineering; controlled cost; prepared plans along with the European technical staff;- Planned the implementation of a US$ 400 million allotment in the countryside of São Paulo and a luxury resort in the State of Ceará, with the budget around US$ 60 million.

- Managed all activities related to implementing projects, such as construction, cost control, planning, schedule and quality of the entire enterprise, following the PMI methodology; - Monitored and provided support to the industrial process development and implemented production activities;- Implemented a new plant for an American multinational chemical company in the São Paulo region of around 75.350,00 ft².

- Developed feasibility studies for new ventures with local market assessments, direct competition, formatted the cost table, sales table, cash flow and media plan;- Managed the Administrative, Commercial and Quality areas; remodeled the organizational architecture of the company;- Structured the Sales Department; developed a program to attract new clients and retain the existing ones; placed the company among the 30 largest Brazilian companies in this sector;- Responsible for preparing four residential real estate projects, totaling 298 apartments, as well as commercial and industrial projects, totaling over 35,000.00 ft² of built area.
