About Heleena Mccrindle
I have passion to create an equal world. Whether that's by training groups directly on equity, diversity and inclusion, or through consulting organisations on relevant people-related programmes or policy updates, my priority is to ensure any and all are considered and appreciated to achieve equality at all levels. As an experienced trainer and facilitator, I have worked with a wide range of ages and abilities, from disadvantaged young people, to senior managers of multinational corporations.
