I administer the sales ledger and maintain the registration of 500 persons attending this annual 5 day event, liaising with Airlines, Sponsors and Concessionaires. During the event I support to the MD as required and work as part of a team to provide an outstanding conference for the In-flight Sales industry alongside a competition for approximately 100 flight attendants.Our first TRTradeshow is due in September 2014 and I am now working on the adminstration of this new event.

Sales Trainer - Having participated in ‘2003 In-flight Sales Person of the Year’ (ISPY) I was invited to become a trainer at the 2004 event. International Superyacht Management Ltd is a consultancy, training and support company to the Superyacht industry. I work part-time on administration, organising travel and generally supporting the MD. I run a PAYE system and maintain company accounting records for the accountant to produce year end accounts.

Tag Aviation contracted me on an ad-hoc basis to instruct pilots and flight attendants SEP/SOP at Farnborough airport. I helped Tag Aviation design and develop their Cabin Crew Academy training course and was integral in the process of attaining CAA accreditation; the first course of its kind to gain this official endorsement.

I have worked mainly on a privately owned Falcon 900EX. I worked both long and short haul for the owner and also on charter with regular and new customers. Utilising my skills I adapted to this specialised market to provide a first class service tailored to the individual requirements. Each flight can be very different; I enjoyed the challenge of catering the aircraft to the required specification and providing the optimum level of service throughout the flight.

I joined United Airlines as a Flight Attendant. I worked scheduled routes to and from the United States of America on board B747, B767 and B777 aircraft. I took a part-time position with TAG Aviation at Farnborough Airport working as a concierge, primarily charged to ‘Meet and Greet’ the VIP customers. This position gave me valuable ground operational experience and the perfect introduction into the private jet sector. I assisted the whole gambit of customers from Royalty to pop stars, from those who openly courted publicity to those very private individuals.

In 1995 Boeing introduced its newest aircraft the B777 and United was the launch customer. I was tasked to become the expert on the aircraft and over eight months I instructed not only the crew, but also passengers, on this new state of the art cabin. On 7th June 1995 I was on the world inaugural flight of the B777 in the capacity as the specialist Flight Attendant which was a very demanding and exciting role.
