Using my years of experience managing processes, people, resources and clients I am quick to pick up projects, recognising the key milestones and deliverables, and to get them moving productively. Working from home, in the office amongst the development team or on client premises, I am flexible, organised and good at solving problems. Available for freelance or full time employment.

As an independant charity the management team run every aspect of the organisation. As a member of the management team I was involved in service development, strategic planning, HR & recruitment, budget control, marketing and promotion and systems and process development as well as my key areas of responsibilities as manager of the Trading Company, the Information and Advice service and the Business Development Team. I was also the Quality Manager for their ISO 9001 accreditation. The third sector is a very tough world and the issues facing older people are only going to grow. Money and resources are always tight I had to be able to turn my hand to whatever is needed. I enjoyed the variety of the job and remain passionate about doing something that makes a huge difference to people's lives.
