This experience helps me to relate to the real challenges faced by managers and leaders and maintain a practical approach that delivers results for people.Since 2006 I have been a consultant and coach working with various clients across all sectors from graduate to board level in groups and with individuals. I have developed personally and continue to seek opportunities to do that.
