I coach and mentor professional women approaching or in mid-life looking to rediscover their mojo and find a new path professionally and/or personally. Through deep inquiry, my clients can (re) connect with their passions, purpose, and authentic self and get clarity on what it is to fulfill their potential before they start living their 'next chapter'. The core of this work is about developing your ability to practice self-leadership and align all that you do with all that you truly are. You only get one life and you know that you want to count!At key stages in life (typically clocking up the dreaded double-digit birthday), we shift internally in terms of what motivates and inspires us. If this goes unchecked, we can start feeling like we are losing momentum, getting 'stuck' and ultimately burning out if we hit a full-blown existential crisis. This can be a terrifying time for those of us who are used to moving forward with clarity and purpose, as we feel we are losing at least one of our superpowers. We all have vast untapped potential which we resist to realise. Even when we know what we want, we resist change and procrastinate as the thought of imposter syndrome, what ifs, and generalised fear rear their heads.My coaching style is practical, powerful, and personal, blending existential and performance coaching to provide clients with a balance between thinking and doing.
